Celebrations by Brandi offers three main services: Full Service Planning (starting at $8000) for couples wanting comprehensive support from day one; Coordination (starting at $2200) for those who want to plan but need final 6-week management and day-of execution; and Kickstarter & Venue Search options, including 90-minute calls for planning strategy ($150) and dedicated venue search ($550).

Why do you not offer a 'day-of coordination' option?

Celebrations by Brandi believes in treating your wedding as their own and becoming experts on your event. They need more than a few days to understand all the details, vendor needs, and personal plans to effectively lead the vendor team and provide the best support throughout set-up, ceremony, reception, and clean-up. Their 'Coordination' package starts 6 weeks out to ensure thorough preparation.

If my venue has a coordinator, why would I still need a wedding coordinator?

A venue coordinator focuses on aspects related to the venue, its staff, and often catering, working for the venue's interests. A wedding coordinator, on the other hand, works for you, the couple. Their priority is your vision, managing your entire vendor team, and implementing all your personal plans and decor not directly tied to the venue, essentially acting as 'your brain for the day.'

How many team members will be present at my wedding?

Every wedding is staffed with at least one assistant alongside the lead coordinator. The specific number of additional assistants is determined by factors such as guest list size, whether the ceremony and reception are at the same location, and the amount of personal decor involved.

What is the average budget of the clients you serve?

The average wedding budget Celebrations by Brandi typically works with ranges from $50,000 to $70,000. However, they have experience with weddings up to $200,000 and can also accommodate smaller budgets, such as $20,000 for events without venue fees (e.g., backyard weddings).

Can you accommodate couples who need to plan their wedding quickly?

Yes, if they have availability on their calendar, Celebrations by Brandi is happy to jump into action quickly to help plan your wedding, even with a short timeline of 2 or 3 months, ensuring no details are sacrificed.

Do you offer destination wedding planning?

At this time, Celebrations by Brandi plans California destination weddings for clients residing outside of California, or for those within California wishing to get married anywhere from the San Luis Obispo area south to San Diego.
