When you create a listing on our Service, you are submitting Business Data for public display. This includes, but is not limited to, your business name, address, contact information, descriptions of your services, and website URLs.

3.1. Licensing of Your Business Data

To achieve our mission, all Business Data you submit to the Service is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

This means that by submitting your Business Data, you grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to the public to share and adapt the material for any purpose, even commercially. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of your Business Data by AI companies for any purpose, such as for training their models, inclusion in their datasets, and display in their products. This is an intentional feature of our Service.

4. Information We Collect

We collect different types of information to provide and improve our Service.

4.1. Information You Provide

Account Information (Personal Data): When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a password hash. This is used solely to manage your account.
Payment Information (Personal Data): When you subscribe, our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe) collects your payment details. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
Business Data: All business information you submit for your public profile.

We retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active with us. If you delete your account, we will delete your Personal Data. Your public Business Data profile will also be removed from our live Service, but we cannot retract it from AI models or third parties who have already accessed it under the CC BY 4.0 license.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no internet-based service can be 100% secure.
