What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Do you offer same-day appointments for sick children?

Yes, we strive to accommodate same-day appointments for sick children. Please call our office as early as possible to schedule an appointment.

What is your approach to infant care?

We provide comprehensive infant care, including guidance on breastfeeding, bottle feeding, bathing, and managing common infant issues such as colds, crying, and bowel movements. We encourage parents to call with any questions or concerns they may have.

Do you offer immunizations?

Yes, we follow the immunization schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and offer a full range of vaccines to protect your child against preventable diseases.

What should I do if my child has a fever?

If your child has a fever, it's important to monitor their symptoms and contact us if they are very young (under 3 months), have a high fever, are lethargic or irritable, or have other concerning symptoms. We can provide guidance on managing their fever and determine if they need to be seen in the office.

What are some things that can help relieve cold symptoms in my baby?

For babies with cold symptoms, we recommend suctioning their nose with a bulb syringe and saline drops, especially before feedings. You can also use a humidifier in the room where your baby is sleeping and elevate their head when they are sleeping by raising the head of the mattress or having them sleep strapped in their car seat.

What are some possible reasons my baby is crying and how can I soothe them?

Common reasons for crying include hunger, sleepiness, needing a diaper change, wanting to be held, and less often, fever. Check these things first and if the crying lasts more than 30 minutes or is getting worse, then hold her. It is okay to let your baby cry for awhile without you holding her, as long as you check on them every 10-15 minutes.
