What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

You can cancel appointments without charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. 'No-shows' will also be charged the full amount of the missed appointment. For all new Massage, Sauna, Facial, or Vitality Booth clients, a 50% deposit is required to hold the appointment.
